A+ rating for yearsThat is by no accident since we have thousands of customers in Oregon, Washington and IdahoThis being our first complaint in at least years I believe we as a company please most if not all of our customer's needsAs we all know it's impossible to please everyoneHaving said that, because of the rarity of any of your customers not having a good experience with SecurTronics we are willing to honor the customer's request as a good faith gesture so at the very least the customer feels that we made it right by terminating their agreementAll we ask for is the return of all our security equipmentThank you for bringing this to our attention.
