A+ rating for years. That is by no accident since we have thousands of customers in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. This being our first complaint in at least 10 years I believe we as a company please most if not all of our customer's needs. As we all know it's impossible to please everyone. Having said that, because of the rarity of any of your customers not having a good experience with SecurTronics we are willing to honor the customer's request as a good faith gesture so at the very least the customer feels that we made it right by terminating their agreement. All we ask for is the return of all our security equipment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
