I am rejecting this response because: This business should know what dates my loan payments are due In addition, a
statement was made that my loan was not being paid in a timely manner before I became disabled this is a statement The late payments started after this company took over making my paymentsThis is a substandard product and both the Credit Union which sold this product and the insurance company is at fault Due to the fact that this company was not paying my account in a timely manner the credit union has returned checks NSF on my checking account and the funds were available in my checking accountI was also charged a fee of $per item by the credit union.In conclusion, this is not the product that I signed up for and paid for in good faith In addition, I should not have be having these issues while I am recovering from several surgeries

NOT ONLY DID I HAVE YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA, I EARNED AND PAID FOR THIS BENEFIT.THIS COMPANY WANTS TO PENALIZE ME BECAUSE THEY IN FACT DID NOT BILL ME AND WANT TO BENEFIT THEMSELVES BY CANCELING MY POLICY THUS HURTING MY FAMILYFOR YEARS HAVE I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER PAYING ON THIS LIFE INSURANCE AND NEVER MISSED A PAYMENTWHY SHOULD I START NOW? SHOULD PROOF BE NEEDED I WILL PROVIDE IT

Minnesota Life sent a letter to Mr*** on April 7, explaining our position. It is
possible our response crossed in the mail with his rebuttal on April 12. Minnesota Life also responded to an inquiry from the Minnesota Department of Commerce on May 5, 2016. I am rejecting this response because: Reply does not sufficiently resolve the issue and is incorrect.   Policy was sold over the phone to a sick man.  I am going to lose our home due to Minnesota Life Insurance unjust denial of claim.  Unacceptable.
