I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I am rejecting this response because:
This is the second time we have been promised "a refund check to arrive in about two weeks". The first promise was made about three weeks ago. We will accept the response only after we receive the refund of $86.20.
