Review: 5/28/2015 Their Security Guard at my apartment complex had let the gate arm down and it caused damage to the back of my vehicle. I reached out to 4 different people and I was referred to a [redacted] out of their St. Louis Down Town office who advised me they were investigating and for me to text him with my contact information and he would call me back. I have never heard back from Mr. Willenbrink and he has not returned my calls. I sent photos and estimate from my insurance company to 5 different people now and now I am hearing they will reach out to Mark. It seems as if they are trying not to reimburse me for the error and damage their new employee has caused. They keep tossing my file on to the next persons desk and each time they fail to include the docs that I have provided them.Desired Settlement: I want payment in the amount of $587.45 to cover the damage done to my vehicle.

Review: I have advised by several employees false information.None of them attemoted to listen just state policy.

02/24/2014 I was told a refund is due but when I disagreed with the amount and asked to speak with a supervisor the suoervisors were rude.I sent in several times proof receipt and the agents advised just because it says credit doesn't mean refund.Seriously this is America.What does it mean. I have cooperated but yet I receive no customer service.Our values should guide every conversation we have, every decision we make, and every interaction we have among our team members and with our customers. Our Vision "We want to satisfy all our customers' financial needs and help them succeed financially." The escalation resolution specialist in the claims department do not follow your company values or vision. I have blatantly been lied to by several of your "team members" through out your company and felt like I was not a valued customer. The sad part is that majority ofcthis mistreatment came from upper management. Customer service "team memebers" and banks are a horrible representation of this company and I plan to never user your company again. Since I was advised several times that your call are 100% recorded I suggest to look at all the complaints you begin to listen.Desired Settlement: I want what is rightfully due my refund.
