AWFUL service!! Hopefully you're not looking to move in anywhere immediately! First off, you have to fill out an application and get accepted before they'll even let you look at the place you want to rentSo that's where my journey with Pepzee Realty beganI paid $to fill out an application on a Friday and did not have check stubs with me but I did have my W2's and they said that was fine and that it would take to days to get back to me weather or not I was acceptedWellI was getting antsy trying to find a place in a certain amount of time so I called them the following Thursday to check on the application, they said they still hadn't heard anything but they should tmrwSo around 4:the next day, Friday, I still had heard nothing so I had to call them since I knew they closed at 5, and that's when they had told me that they actually needed my check stubs before they could process my application!!! This is now a week after I originally filled out my applicationSo then I had to wait until Monday whenever I was at work to fax them my check stubs(because they're office is very inconveniently in North Dayton, while the apartment I'm looking to rent is in Miamisburg) so Monday I faxed my past two check stubsTuesday I called to verify they got my check stub(S) (plural) aka TWO and they said yes, it should take ANOTHER supposedly 3-daysAt this point the immediate move in is far gone but I hadn't found another place so I was still hopeful in this caseThe next day, Tuesday, they call to tell me I faxed them an old check stubAKA I get paid twice a month and it was from the past month BUT PPARENTLY there was only that one that they had got and they didn't get the most recent check stub that I faxed them that they confirmed the day before they had receivedAt this point, I'm doneI still hadn't even got to see the place yet!! And it would still take another 3-days aka a week from when I had a chance to fax them againOn top of all this ***, they acted like I wasn't currently employed because they didn't receive my most recent check stubFirst off, the check they did receive was from just the past month, and Secondly, the people they had in there while I was filling out my application was quite embarrassingSome man whose every other word was '***' and no employees seemed to care, but instead carried on a casual conversation with him and some crackhead who you could hardly understandNot to mention their office was dirty, their was a huge dead bug laying on the carpet when I first walked inAnd these were their current residents coming in to talk about current problems they were havingI'm sure they got accepted because the government is paying their rent but apparently they don't want to accept a resident who works hard for their money and makes over 20k a year, also I have no criminal historySo on that noteVERY UNPROFESSIONALAWFUL SERVICEI do not recommend what so ever
We were renting from ***s and they were very unprofessionalWhen we came it to start the renting process with pepzee, they treated us like family and so much respectWe have never had a problem with them and they always address our issues in a timely manner
I am a current tenant of PepZee RealtyRecently my fence was backed into and ruinedI informed the office and when I came home last night, my fence was replacedAnd to my amazement, it was replaced with a brand, new, white picket fenceI have always wanted a white picket fence and this was a great surprise for the end of the weekThank you to the PepZee Realty team for giving me a home I love!

Brenda Mis a joke! after letting her tenant *** *** *** and her children, sister, niece and nephew harass my mother(a stage cancer patient), myself and my children For the pass months and countingretaliates for the 3rd time and now want to terminate my mothers lease for a bunch of fraudulent reasonsMind you I have months of emails, police reports, court docs because her unruly tenant Shelia and company, who she refuses to controlBrenda and the rest of the employee are so happy to charge you extra feesbecause it state it in the leasebut seem to can't comprehend the section that touches on tenants harassing other tenants!!!!
So I want you to keep in mind! Brenda is so money hungry, she the type of person that will sell her soul to the devil for a slither of a penny! it's quite sad for realjust like this apartmentIf it's broken caulk it, if falls off caulk it back on, if it squeaks caulk it! she's cheap! Also they still haven't fixed all the things the City of Dayton housing inspector has told her toShe still hasn't fixed the refrigerator, stove still broke, windows are still messed up, this apartment is a joke! But like I said so is BrendaSo in this case I can't attach the emails, police report or court docsI wish I could! I'm sure Brenda will tell the Revdex.com some other bogus *** so they wont post this reviewBut just so you know I proved what I said that's why they posted the review up above! Anyway I prefer you to sleep in an abandoned house or on a bench before even signing a lease with this backwards company!!!! But for the record win,lose or draw Brenda/Pepzee has a lawsuit coming their way!!!! I have never met someone so dumb in my lifeBut you know what things happen for a reasonSo after the lawsuit is over and done with I will post one more update to explain what it is that I mean by that and there is no reason to be mad about it! The apartment is just fabulous! No maintenance issues so far! My debit card got stolen and I was unable to make my rent paymentJeannie in Finance worked with me on waiting to pay rentShe didn't charge me a late fee or anything! Thank you so much PepZee Realty!
The people in the office were all very helpful in finding me a good place to live. They were prompt with reviewing my rental application, and the apartment was in good condition and clean when I moved in. I had a couple minor repair asks for them after I moved in and they took care of it quickly with no issues.
The receptionist is very friendly and sweet. She helped me with all my rental questions. The office is very clean, neat and professional looking. It was easy to get to and find, right off of I-75. The website was easy to use and had good pictures.

Customer service is horrendous. Hours are flexible for them, as such they are in no hurry to accomplish anything for a customer. They drag their feet as long as they have your money when it comes to them doing anything you are paying them to do.
I would suggest in any dealings with them, including renting through them, you make sure you get your service or goods up front BEFORE giving them any money.
Phone attendants have no idea what is going on and are there to deflect calls. They are also VERY rude.
I was never so happy to back out of a deal in all my life. I was going to rent through them, but after a week if zero callbacks and not being able to get ahold of them, it told me exactly how lackluster they would be as a property management company. Dodged a bullet. Make sure you do to, and avoid at all costs.
I have lived at three PepZee Realty properties over the past 3 1/2 years. When the PepZee apartment building I lived in caught fire, they found me a new PepZee apartment very fast. I am so thankful that they really cared about me and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. They are there for you no matter what!
I have been renting from PepZee Realty for better than three years, almost four. I have a wonderful apartment with a two kitchens, two bathrooms, two laundry rooms and still under $600 a month! And I plan on staying with PepZee for the duration!
Customer service is excellent. The response time is very professional and effective. I love my home! When I hit hard times, the Finance department was very flexible on payment arrangements and also considerate. Maintenance department is very good and repairs things in a courteous and professional manner.
I have been renting our house from pepzee for over three years now. the maintenance staff is always responsive to my needs, and their locksmith is superb. I have recommended this company to aquaintances looking for housing in the Dayton Area, and will continue to do so!
I like my apartment very well and look forward to upgrading to a house with PepZee Realty. The finance department is great and always works with me. The maintenance department is great. They have their hands full but always get the job done.

ITS FUNNY I TALK TO A LOT OF PEOPLE AND THEY SAY AND HEAR THE SAME AND THEY STOLD EVERYTHING I HAD THE BASEMENT FLOODS THE GUY ABOVE ME IS ALLOTTED $50.00 TO HEAT ETC.. FOR THE MONTH AND THEY(PEPZEE) HAS A PAY ELECTRIC DRYER HOOKED UP TO TO HIS ELECTRIC IN BASEMENT AND KETTERING LETS THEM GET AWAY WITH A LOT BECAUSE THEY STAY CURRENT WITH PROPERTY TAXES IMAGINE THAT!!!!! THIS IUS NOT ALL EITHER I"LL POST MORE

I needed a comfortable place foe me and my girlfriend. Pepzee had a few different choices for us to pick from.
The buildings we looked at were clean and the apartments were in good shape.
