I was one of many tenants that was put out of their apartment due to the apartment manager not taking care of the building so the fire marshal and housing inspector closed down the apartment. I applied for a house with pepzee and waited 3 days to hear about my application. I was optimistic about my approval but I was denied. When I asked why they told me that it was because of my rental history, one being the apartment that I was just put out of. The evacuation of the building had nothing to do with anything that I did but the management at pepzee penalized me because I was only there for 3 months. I am Extremely upset about their decision and they were pretty rude and uncaring about what I went through. They wouldn't even speak with me about my application. Now my children and I continues to be without shelter because they are heartless and uncaring. I would not recommend anyone try to rent through them as I feel that they take people's money and "run" with it.
The people in the office were all very helpful in finding me a good place to liveThey were prompt with reviewing my rental application, and the apartment was in good condition and clean when I moved inI had a couple minor repair asks for them after I moved in and they took care of it quickly with no issues
I needed a comfortable place foe me and my girlfriendPepzee had a few different choices for us to pick from The buildings we looked at were clean and the apartments were in good shape They are much better than my old landlord, so am happy the new place Thanks
