Don't purchase anything from this company!
I purchased the Test Bank Questions, it's full of typos, grammar issues, and even some of the answers don't match the explanation. Tried calling, most of the time you will get a voice mail. Tried sending an email to the coordinator, no response.
I made contact once to their support staff, (one person) and said they did not know if All test were updated to reflect current testing questions as stated on their login page. I will be requesting a full refund! This company should not be in business!
Review: The product Series 7 Exam Prep Software which helps create quizzes/exams with preset questions to aid in my studying for my professional license exam. The description of the product states that it will help to master the subject and materials well. I've concluded the software to be unsatisfactory, primarily on the structure of the software, questions containing mistakes, which I have made the company aware of, and lack of communication. The overall experience has fail to aid in my studying. I have been proactive voicing my concerns, complaints and needed corrections on the questions and not once have I received any feedback, although the questions with mistakes have been corrected; ergo, the emails are being received.Desired Settlement: A refund of the purchase cost totaling $99.

Review: Ordered the Series 65 Textbook and Software. Never received. Wrote them twice, no reply. Tried to login to website with provided username and password without success.
