Review: I have used this alarm service for over 30 years at [redacted], (bill went to [redacted]) and have paid promptly and reliably. On June **, 2014 I notified [redacted], that I had sold the house and no longer needed my service for which I had prepaid through October, 2014. [redacted] should have refunded me 4 months of prepaid service of $100 plus tax. He ignored my multiple phone calls and those of my family. He never returned a single call and never refunded my $100+. His response, or lack thereof, after my paying him thousands of dollars over more than 30 years was unethical and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: $100 mailed to me at my new address: [redacted]
