I am rejecting this response because:
Bold faced liesFirst, the property I am referring to was taken the first time my vehicle was illegally takenIt was taken by the dealership or who towed/drove it to the dealershipI took it back on my own accord that timeIt was an all around illegal repoI was not behind, it was taken back to the dealership, and no record of property was takenThe only things removed were the valuablesSecondly, I was never once delinquent on my account The only times it was, was because they would offer me, almost pressure me, to defer a paymentThen, right before or right afterwards they would suddenly say that they couldn't do it and I need to make the payment immediatelyI may be wrong, but I believe they aren't supposed to even do a repo unless an account is months past dueBut I was never behind, and the only reason it would have ever appeared to have been would be when they set me up by saying they would defer a paymentWhich I generally didn't really want to be doing, all except for the last time when they repo'd the vehicleAnd even then, I could have made the payment, it just would have made life easierThey aren't even including everythingThis deferred payment thing happened like 4-different timesAs I had previously said, the last time, it was weeks before the payment was due, and I even jokingly remarked asking if they were going to suddenly call me up saying I need to make the payment againDerek assured me that it would not happenThen he acted like that conversation had never even happened when I had him and his manager on the line in a call I knew they were recordingThey technically record ALL calls, but they will only say they have calls that benefit themselvesI once jokingly said "this call is being recorded for my protection" and wow did they freak out about how they do not authorize me to record themI assured them I wasn't but I questioned how it was ok for them but not for meI know now why, they don't want to get caught in their scamI am not the first person this has happened toA Google search brought up quite a few of them a couple years ago when this happenedThis company is lying to youTo be perfectly honest,I know there is nothing that you will be able to get them to do for meThey will fight until there is a court order and even then I doubt they would do anythingMy main goal is to try to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone elseThis company needs to be stopped and they deserve prison timeAll of those involved from employee up to ownerSo, what is the next step?

We have reviewed your statement to the Revdex.com of Minnesota and North DakotaPer the signed retail installment contract, a person is considered contractually delinquent day past their due date. Once the contract becomes contractually delinquent, Security Auto Loans will reach
out to the customer to make arrangements for payment on the account. Any account that remains past due is at risk of further collection action. The closer the account gets to days past due, the likelihood of repossession highly increases as the asset associated with the contract becomes comprised. The customer contacted us by email and we requested to discuss the account via phone to further address the delinquency. The customer did not contact us via phone until days past the due date. The activity associated with this complaint was based on a signed contractual agreement and the default of that agreement. Please contact any Security Auto Loans Management Team Member with any additional questions or concerns you may have. Sincerely, Security auto loans management team

We have reviewed the statement by Ms. [redacted] to the Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota. Security Auto Loans, Inc. is the finance...

company who provided the financing which allowed Ms. [redacted] to purchase the vehicle of her choosing, and does not inspect vehicles prior to their purchase. Therefore, any concerns regarding the condition of the vehicle upon purchase are incorrectly directed towards Security Auto Loans, Inc. and instead must be directed towards [redacted] Auto. Likewise, any concerns regarding the interaction between Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] Auto must be directed towards [redacted] Auto. In addition, an application by Ms. [redacted] for the mentioned Ford Fusion was never submitted to Security Auto Loans, Inc. by [redacted] Auto.
Security Auto Loans, Inc. takes pride in their customer service, and regrets to be informed of the lack of customer service given to Ms. [redacted] during her inquiry as to the arrival of her mailed welcome packet. Ms. [redacted] can be assured that this has been addressed immediately.
Despite not being the party to whom the concerns regarding the vehicle and [redacted] Auto are directed, Security Auto Loans, Inc. works with their customers during less than ideal situations when there is proper notification. Security Auto Loans, Inc.'s records indicate there were two instances of communication between Security Auto Loans, Inc. and Ms. [redacted]. The first instance of communication took place on August 21st, 2015, during which no indication of issues with the vehicle or dealership was made to Security Auto Loans, Inc. The second and final instance of communication took place on February 10th, 2016, during which Ms. [redacted] indicated the vehicle transmission may have been slipping and that the tires were too big, but also made arrangements for payment the next day. There has been no communication between Security Auto Loans, Inc. and Ms. [redacted] since February 10th, 2016, despite numerous attempts made by Security Auto Loans, Inc. to reach Ms. [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication with Ms. [redacted] and the incomplete information regarding the extent of the issues with the vehicle and [redacted] Auto, Security Auto Loans, Inc. was not aware of the hardship to Ms. [redacted] and therefore has been unable to discuss any options available to her due to her hardship.
The contract between Security Auto Loans, Inc. and Ms. [redacted] remains valid, despite this unfortunate circumstance, and therefore Security Auto Loans, Inc. declines Ms. [redacted]'s request.
Security Auto Loans, Inc. encourages Ms. [redacted] to contact the Collections Manager, Stephen [redacted], directly at (763)[redacted] to discuss the options available to her and if she has any further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Security Auto Loans Management Team

Mr. [redacted],

We have reviewed your statement to the RevDex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota.

Our records indicate that one written loan deferment request
was submitted for the 1999 Dodge Durango that Security Auto Loans Financed on
12/19/2009. In addition to the written request, two other deferment requests
were made on 8/31/2010 and 9/22/2010, but not granted due to the facts that the
customer’s account was not current at the time of request, and that supporting
documents for the deferment request were never submitted to Security Auto
Loans. No deferment was ever granted on this loan. Additionally, the customer
was provided with information to retrieve his property from the repossession
company, as Security Auto Loans at no point had in its possession the property
that the customer claimed to be in his car at the time of repossession.
As of today there remains an outstanding payoff of $5912.47
on the loan.

I am rejecting this response because:There is no contract obligation to HARRASS any consumer. You call them multiple times of the day, if they don't answer you email them and then call their references, all of this for 1 - 15 days late?  Why email the consumer of you really don't want them to respond?  As stated in your response, I contacted SAL to find a resolution.  SAL calls your references, even after be asked multiple times not to call them and to removed them from the calling list.  This has been a ongoing problem and it needs to stop. SAL should be fined and the representatives that are rude and harassing customers should be terminated.  There are hundreds of complaints against SAL.   When ever I stated when the payment will be made your representatives are rude and stated "That's not acceptable".  All of this for 2 weeks late??  This is ridiculous.  In regards to me emailing the company, I have tons of emails requesting for my references to be removed, when I will make a payment, and other things pertaining to the loan.  Taking out a loan with SAL was/is a mistake.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/11/19) */
It is the policy of Security Auto Loans, that that when mailing titles to customers on paid accounts, the process may take up to 21 days. In this case, the customer made it clear through his complaint that it was not explained properly to him,...

and that he wished for the process to be expedited.
The complaint was received yesterday evening and addressed this morning. As resolution, the customer was called, and the policy was explained. However, in order to satisfy the customer, Security Auto Loans was able to expedite the request, and release the requested document by this afternoon. The customer was contacted and was satisfied by the result. The issue is now considered closed by Security Auto Loans.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/11/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
As stated above they did call and I picked up the release card over lunch today. I consider the matter closed as well.

RE: Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota
Complaint
Case No. [redacted]

All delinquency notices, filing notices, right to cure
letters, and written correspondence necessary to inform Mr. [redacted] of the
delinquent status of his loan and vehicle were mailed out in compliance with
notification rules. Mr. [redacted] was informed of the right of Security Auto Loans
to repossess the vehicle in the event of failure to make timely payments and
signed a document stating his agreement that failure to make payments on time
would be defined as his notice that Security Auto Loans had the right to
repossess the vehicle. In the event of a repossession, it is the customer’s
right and responsibility to contact the repossession company to retrieve their
personal belongings.
At the time of signing Security Auto Loans informs a
customer that they are allowed to submit a request to defer one payment in a
twelve (12) month period and a maximum of two deferments over the entire life
of the loan so long as the customer submits this request in writing along with
documents supporting the claim they are using as a reason to request the
deferment. While we do have one written request from Mr. [redacted] submitted on
12/20/2010, the request was not approved due to the fact that no supporting
documentation was ever provided to Security Auto Loans. At no point during the
life of the loan to Mr. [redacted] was a deferred payment approved, and so any and
all payments on Mr. [redacted]’s account were due monthly, at the time agreed upon
at signing.
Additionally Security Auto Loans reserves the right to record
any phone correspondence, which in accordance with state and federal law must
be disclosed at the beginning of a call. Security Auto Loans also reserves the
right to not consent when another party expresses their intent to record a
call.
Please contact any Security Auto Loans Management Team
Member with any additional questions or concerns you may have.
