Pathetic excuse for a company. They are lying about their Revdex.com association and probably all the companies they claim to work with too. I have dealt with this company for 5+ years now and between myself and my clients have dropped $25k plus with them. The service level continues to decline with every month that passes. I had a client a few months ago that had performance issues with a pc based system that SCW built, I got tech support on the phone, he got rid of me as fast as he could saying he would call me back shortly that he had another customer on the other line, would not answer my calls or emails following. luckily (2 weeks later) after 6 hours with the clients system I determined the issue. Attempted to purchase camera licenses from them 1.5 months ago. they charged me $15 for UPS (licenses are emailed keys), upon seeing invoice I immediately responded via email and phone, no response from them. still have not received the license 45+ days later. no answer to 10+ calls
