I have read *** *** complaint and have thoroughly reviewed all written notes associated with her account. These are the facts that I can swear are correct: 1) The GPS unit was installed by the automobile dealer, who sold her the vehicle in the first or second week of
July, 2) MsSprenger did not mention that she thought there was any kind of problem with the GPS until July 1, 2015, a full year after the installation3) When MsSprenger took her vehicle back to the dealer (on 7/1/or thereabouts) to complain about this problem, the dealer tried to schedule a time within the next few days to look at it but MsSprenger demanded that they look at immediately and said she wouldn’t make any more payments if they didn’t4) MsSprenger then called our office to further complain. She said she was taking it to another shop and then would call us back5) We did not hear from her again until July 20, 2015. Our representative immediately offered to send our GPS technician out to the different shop where MsSprenger said she had taken the vehicle but MsSprenger refused to give us the name or phone number for the shop. She said she was going to talk to her attorney and then call us back. She never has called us back concerning this GPS issue6) Then on December 29th, 2015, we received a voice mail from MsSprenger wherein she stated that she wanted to “talk to anyone besides *** because *** is “a raging c_ _ _”. (The c word she used, in my opinion, is the most awful word there is to describe a female and I refuse to even write it down.) 7) I talked to MsSprenger later in the day on December 29th and she started complaining about the conversation she had with *** almost months before. When I asked her about the vulgar name she called ***, she admitted to it. When I asked her if she refused to give us the location of the vehicle months ago so we could have someone look at the GPS, she said “yes”. But because she kept insisting that *** had lied to her, I told her I would listen to the month old conversation and gat back to her8) I called MsSprenger the next day on December 30, at 12:30PM and had to leave a message that I had listened to the conversation and was ready to discuss it with her and to please call me back. To this date she never has called me back*** was nothing but professional with her in all the conversations I listened to9) We had not heard anything more about the GPS or her allegations about *** being rude since December 29, until we received this outlandish and totally baseless complaint Sincerely, *** *** Vice-President Security Capital Funding Corp

The VP of SCF Corp. called & spoke to Mr. [redacted] and his co-client.  They both agreed that there was never a Deficiency Agreement executed after the sale of their repossessed vehicle.  However, we were able to come to terms with both clients and we believe that both of them are happy...

Ms [redacted] left us a message saying she had put her payment in the mail at 6:20 PM on Jan 4th.  We received it today (Jan. 10th) and the postmark indicated it was mailed on Jan 8th—not Jan 4th as client told us.  We did ask for another form of payment when she called us again on Jan...

8th.  If she had been more up front with us from the beginning, she would not have created this problem for herself.  She has been running approximately one month late for the last couple of months.  It is our job to ask clients to make their payments in a timely manner but we are never rude about it.  Sometimes clients think we are being rude just because we are asking for them to make their payments. As for the hole that Ms. [redacted] alleges we put in her console, we absolutely did not do this. We have NEVER put a hole in a vehicle to install a GPS.  Also, in the hundreds of GPS units we have had installed we have NEVER had a problem with the GPS affecting the way a vehicle runs. By Ms. [redacted] own admission, she has some bi-polar issues that may very well be affecting her judgment.  We wish her the best and hope that she can begin to make her payments on time so there is no need for us to communicate with her.

disclosed to [redacted], indicated by her signature on both the buyers order and contract:   $499         Dealer Prep & Handling $115.48    [redacted] tax $304.44    Sales Tax $383.18     City Tax $52.20      Title Fee & Emissions   She paid a down payment of $5,000, leaving an amount to finance of $6,333.30. This amount is reflected on both the buyers order & contract that [redacted] signed. Her payment amount was 239.36 per month for 36 months. The contract carried an interest rate of 21% .   Every single fact stated above is verified by the documents [redacted] signed and was further verified over the phone with [redacted] by one of our employees.  This conversation was recorded and [redacted] verbally confirmed all of the above numbers before Security Capital Funding Corp. purchased her contract from the auto dealer.   If [redacted] writes us a letter, requesting the balance still due and owing on her contract, we will be happy to provide an accounting of all fees incurred and payments made.
