One star too many! They are dishonorable and dishonest!! I was minutes late to my appointment due to construction outside making it difficult to find parkingThey would not honor my appointment and put me on the walist even though they were running minutes behind processing appointmentsThey still had appointments from earlier waiting to be processedThey weren't ready for me when I walked in and still would not honor my appointmentThey spouted off something about a policy they have to follow but the policy is not published or referenced anywhere for you to readIt certainly was NOT on the TSA website when I made the appointmentI waited for an hour and minutes and they still wouldn't call me inI finally had to leave for another appointmentThey only have person processing appointments and they book appointments every minutesThe only chance a walkin can get processed is if someone else is a no show or lateThey were extremely rude at the front counter Do not go there for your TSA Precheck appointment I checked online to find the policy they talked about and it does not existIt's not a TSA policy but rather SCtrying to make a statementIf they are going to adhere to some strict policy then it should be provided to the customer at the time the appointment is madeEven upon request they could not furnish the policy Furthermore while I waited in the waiting room I personally witnessed disgruntled employees calling in about not getting paid and the receptionist blatantly lying to someone on the phone stating a person was not in the office when they were standing right there telling her they just didn't want to take the callThey outright lied and they did it right in front of the entire waiting roomThis place is dishonorable for not honoring my appointment I made over a month ago and they are dishonest to customersPoor customer service and poor ethics at this company

They would not honor my appointment and put me on the walk-in list even though they were running 20 minutes behind processing appointments. They still had appointments from earlier waiting to be processed. They weren't ready for me when I walked in and still would not honor my appointment. They spouted off something about a policy they have to follow but the policy is not published or referenced anywhere for you to read. It certainly was NOT on the TSA website when I made the appointment. I waited for an hour and 45 minutes and they still wouldn't call me in. I finally had to leave for another appointment. They only have 1 person processing appointments and they book 2 appointments every 15 minutes. The only chance a walkin can get processed is if someone else is a no show or late. They were extremely rude at the front counter. Do not go there for your TSA Precheck appointment.
I checked online to find the policy they talked about and it does not exist. It's not a TSA policy but rather SC3 trying to make a statement. If they are going to adhere to some strict policy then it should be provided to the customer at the time the appointment is made. Even upon request they could not furnish the policy.
