purchased by the State of Hawaii, Department of Public Safety, Training & Staff Development.Audrey, had spoken Ms. [redacted] at Training & Staff Development earlier this year when the items were delivered and we had addressed their concerns. They stated they received “used” merchandise and that there were scratches on them. We assured the agency that the items were purchased direct from the manufacture and that we have always received these items in this manner. The scratches are due to bulk packaging, so they are not individually wrapped and in no way will affect the performance of the product.On June 4, 2015 the manufacture sent a letter to address these concerns.
