Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I don't care how many awards [redacted] has receivedPeople should be made aware of his deceitful business practicesHow was I supposed to know they have never carried a fixed rate for years if he didn't tell me ? Before I ever gave any earnest money I asked [redacted] point blank if my rate was locked in for years and wouldn't change while we were in closing processHis only answer was yesThis would have been the perfect opportunity to tell me it was a variable rate that would change in years regardless and to an unspecified rate at thatYet his only answer was yesI got my check back thanks to Nancy Turner the real estate agent , but [redacted] wasted over a month of my time I can only assume he thought he would close me on the loan at the time of signing Why he would assume I knew it was a variable rate without him telling me is nothing short of wrong Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I don't care how many awards [redacted] has received. People should be made aware of his deceitful business practices. How was I supposed to know they have never carried a fixed rate for 20 years if he didn't tell me...

? Before I ever gave any earnest money I asked [redacted] point blank if my rate was locked in for 20 years and wouldn't change while we were in closing process. His only answer was yes. This would have been the perfect opportunity to tell me it was a variable rate that would change in 3 years regardless and to an unspecified rate at that. Yet his only answer was yes. I got my check back thanks to Nancy Turner the real estate agent , but [redacted] wasted over a month of my time . I can only assume he thought he would close me on the loan at the time of signing . Why he would assume I knew it was a variable rate without him telling me is nothing short of wrong.
