We apologize for any confusion, we have started to review all allegations in this claimUpon reviewing it, we do have an account workorder in our database showing we spoke with *** *** on 11/11/and there was an arranged installation set up for 11/12/at 4-5pmOur customer
service representative did collect information from the person we spoke with about the home to arrange this installationWe did do a complete overview of the home to design the system, the house needing keypad/doors/ and also protection for pit bulls that weigh 75lbs or more eachWe did gather Mrs *** personal data, to verify she is the homeownerWe asked for her birthday and the last digits of her ss#According to the work order on file, she was only comfortable providing her birthday of 11/03/so proceeded to build her account with that information.This installation work was canceled with our office staff, the evening prior to the installationWe call all of our next day clients to confirm their time for the next day and make sure its still good for themWhen we did that with Mrs *** the order was canceled as she noted in her letter to the Revdex.com. At this time we have requested from our IT department to see if we still have the recording of the call to verify any more of this informationWe do apologize for any confusion and do wish to work with Mrs *** for any future questionsOnce we verify the recording, we can then work on putting in a request to remove her information from ***, which is the only credit bureau we use to verify clients home ownershipThank you and we look forward to assisting in any way to further help

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and we would like the contractor to supply documentation regarding the products specified to be used on our home and the exact products that were used in substitution. We request that the trim on the entire home be cleaned with appropriate anti-mold cleaning solutions and treatment prior to painting and use of the highest quality anti-mold paint on the marketEither Zinser Perma-White Mildew-Proof House & Trim Paint or equivalent warrantied paint. A primer coat followed by two coats of paint must be used. The mold areas are on porch pillars, garage trim, roof trim on front, back and underside of windows above front porch. We also will continue our research on the differences between the materials used on our home that are different from the materials that were specified in our contract to be used, in the event that the issue re-surfacesWe continue to believe that the materials used do not match up to the specifications of the specified materials

The homeowner notified us of discoloration on their trim in the fall of 2016.  We had our super and lumber rep go out to take a look at it. We informed the customer it looked like surface mold and offered to clean and repaint the trim using a paint with a mold inhibitor additive despite the...

home no longer being under warranty.  The homeowner did not respond to this offer.  A couple of months later, they had an attorney send us a letter asking for an additional 5 year warranty.  The 1 year warranty has already expired yet we are willing to clean and repaint this area for them.  However, we are not prepared to give an additional 5 year warranty.  We will be happy to provide documentation regarding the products we use and proceed with the painting as soon as the homeowner accepts our offer to do so.

Mrs [redacted]  We had sent in a request in for the outside branch that contacted you to pull the recording. We do not record every call we make or retain them in storage forever. We don't find it convenient to not have it because the recording would only help figure out the issue. Due to when the call was made, this call is over 30 days out and is deleted at this point. As we stated in our prior response, the internal work order for your home has intimate information that we would only have been able acquire by speaking with someone at your home. The info about doors in your home, 2 pit bulls, and birthday. Now with that being said, as you can see we do take any concerns our clients or the public have, very seriously as you can validate by our A+ rating with the Revdex.com. At this point what we can do, is we called into [redacted] to request this removal. [redacted] has complete control of how this proceeds but this would be the only thing we can initiate at this point. Again we can not validate your issue occurred, as you are stating but we understand your concern. We will check back in with [redacted] over the next 90 days, as that's what they state this process takes.   Again we do apologize for any confusion and look forward to resolving this.Thanks

[I am [redacted] not [redacted], I did not speak to anyone to set up install and that is one reason for my complaint. As I stated in the original complaint I already have a security system.  If there is a recording I want to hear it. If there is not a recording that's convenient. ]
