All of our customers are aware it is a promotion and as long as they sign a monitoring service agreement the equipment will be installed at no charge other than the monthly monitoring . This customer signed the agreement and gave us a check for the monitoring charge which validated the installation...

at no charge. Per the agreement if the customers decides to cancel the agreement within 3 days the paperwork clearly states they have to return all equipment installed. Which is what we have done and the check has been sent to the customer.

We have ceased collections and started a new agreement.

Mr [redacted] registered in our promotion we ran at the Tri-County Fair. He was selected to receive a $1200 GE wireless home security and medical system with the installation at no charge. In order to qualify for the system Homeownership and credit criteria determine if we can install the system. The...

Terms and Conditions were displayed on the form he filled out at the fair. Unfrotunately he does not meet the credit requirement at this time. As we told him many of our customers do qualify at a later date. We have made an attempt to contact Mr. [redacted].He has asked that he be removed from our list. We have removed him from our list and we will stop all communication with him.Thank You!

These calls were being done on an internal error. We have corrected on our end and should not be happening anymore.

Security Force, Inc agreed to remove their inquiry from my credit report but I don't believe that was taken care of. I check my information weekly using [redacted] and it still shows up.Regards,

resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We continue to receive phone calls from [redacted]. My husband spoke with them this evening, and we were told we owe $3300. This call was threatening in as much that the women said her company had spoken directly with Security Force and we do owe this debt and the matter would be resolved, they would collect the money. We do not owe this debt, we never received services promised by Security Force, this was sent to this collection agency in error by Security Force, and I want our account immediately withdrawn from [redacted].
