All of our customers are aware it is a promotion and as long as they sign a monitoring service agreement the equipment will be installed at no charge other than the monthly monitoring This customer signed the agreement and gave us a check for the monitoring charge which validated the installation at no chargePer the agreement if the customers decides to cancel the agreement within days the paperwork clearly states they have to return all equipment installedWhich is what we have done and the check has been sent to the customer
Mr [redacted] registered in our promotion we ran at the Tri-County FairHe was selected to receive a $GE wireless home security and medical system with the installation at no chargeIn order to qualify for the system Homeownership and credit criteria determine if we can install the systemThe Terms and Conditions were displayed on the form he filled out at the fairUnfrotunately he does not meet the credit requirement at this timeAs we told him many of our customers do qualify at a later dateWe have made an attempt to contact Mr [redacted] .He has asked that he be removed from our listWe have removed him from our list and we will stop all communication with him.Thank You!

These calls were being done on an internal errorWe have corrected on our end and should not be happening anymore
