From the beginning Mrs. [redacted] knows that we have debt to income issue and we try to help her. Some other company would even spend a day on her file but we are tried to help her in every way we can. We have no control over her income. her income has drop. Mrs. [redacted] is wright, it should not take that long I get a loan approved but her situation is different, she paid her credit card off, so we have to wait until it gets reported on her credit report. And that is one of the belay. Second is her income. Base on the last E-Mail I received from her, she said to Forget it. We have given Mrs. [redacted] more time than another file because we want to help her. At this time, she chooses to cancel with us, and that base on her last E-Mail. It is so sad that the one you try to help the most is the one who complain about you.
[redacted] is very much aware of the process of her loan, In the beginning I have told her that we have a Debt to income issue, and for us to be able to move forward she will need be pay off the credit card debt. This is one of the E-Mail I have send her: “Hello [redacted], After reviewing your...
file, the DTI is about 50%, we need to be at or under 45%. To do so you need to pay off the credit card.” Here is the last E-Mail I send her: Hello [redacted], I am still having an issue with the DTI. Is there any other income that I can use?To make this work I need an Extra $700.00 per month. Please review the income and let me know. To be able to finalize this loan we need to get the Debt to Income under 45%.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear My complaint was at having been ignored for over a month before receiving most recent email. Just found out that my associate at the business had been out of office for a month due to a death in family. As to the income issue, I sent proof of bills paid off. Other debt is a real estate loan that they are counting as unsecured debt. They need to correct their error. If they do that, then make a determination, then this matter is resolved.No loan process should take so many months.
