We choose to use Aquarius Pools for the pool we acquired when purchasing our new home in October of 2015. We have never been pool owners before and decided to leave the pool maintenance to the professionals. I feel that the Aquarius has a great thing going for them and the owner just may not be aware of the lack of services being provided. We pay 170+ each month for cleaning sometimes nearing 250 . The tech that cleans our pool noticed that our pool seemed to have a leak, we agreed to schedule a service call and they determined that it was the leaky feature waterfall...so they capped it. the leak continued and I called...they came out noticed two holes in the liner and patched them. I was told that the second visit would not be charged due to the fact they didn't bother to check the liner for leaks on the initial service call and they stated it would be a no charge. Well it was still on the bill and when I disputed this with the lady at the Columbus location she basically didn't seem to believe me...and tried to convince me that because they still had to come out it was still a valid charge. So I played the voicemail on my phone from [redacted] that stated it would be a no charge...she then told us she would leave him a note. I then asked for information on the color logic light and immediately she stated that oh that light is $1,200...I said OK, thats fine may I have more information. She gave me some literature and walked away. She didn't even try and sell the product...just assumed I wasn't interested. Each time the tech comes out for cleaning they test the water and leave the results. For the past month, we have also tested our water the same day the tech would come to clean. They add chemicals to the pool (chemicals we have to pay for) and more times than not they write down that our levels are in normal ranges. But when we check...they are always terrible out of range. we also had a tech other than our normal tech fill in and they wrote our salt was 2800....we dont have any salt in our pool, the circuit board has been broken for a year. If my pool levels are off, or out of range just say so...add chemicals and I am happy to pay. But this type of service makes you question their integrity to their company. Im sure the owner of this company would not be pleased to know this is happening. I also scheduled maintenance for our pool light to be replaced which was going to cost around $1,200.00 which I was happy to pay, it was a LED Color logic light. I was told an electrician would also be out as well to assist, so I took off work just in case they needed access inside. I called twice that day to ask if they were still coming out and each time I was told yes. at 345 I received a call stating that they had other jobs they still needed to complete and asked to reschedule. I would like to say that Logan at the Columbus location has always been very helpful and seemed to care about the customers. I just feel that we paid for for services that we didn't receive. Over the past 5 months I have paid almost 1,500 in pool cleaning and repair and TRIED to pay them 1200 for a light...this is not the main concern, I am happy to pay for quality service. But be honest and reliable. we took a chance on you guys.

Them are some hard-working guys they have there at Crosby Roofing. They got everything done on my roof in one day. They cleaned up so well it looks just like they never came except for the new roof that looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you Crosby Roofing.
