Mr [redacted] , Once the technician was done with the installation you received a post call from our data entry to confirm everything that was doneMaking sure that the tech had not promised anything that wasn't in the paper work and also they received a verbal confirmation that you agreed to a month periodPlease call our customer service if you have any questions regarding the post callLike stated before, we can not agree to anything that is not on the paper work or release the remainder of the contract

Again, Everything that was promised to the customer was given to the customer$in equipment with a wireless radio signalEverything was signed and agreed to, not only in the contract but also over a recorded phone call verifying with the customer that everything that was promised to her was installed and working properlyShe was specifically asked (like ALL our customers) if something that was promised to her wasn't installed and she agreed that everything was given to her and installedIf you are looking to cover windows (which was NOT included in the package) we could arrange to have a technician go and install them but you would have to pay for the sensors individually Thanks

Mr [redacted] I've reviewed the call that was made to your mom and everything that was promised was installed and is fully functionalShe was promised the wireless radio and she got it, it's a micro chip that's inside the panel to get wireless signal (like a cell phone) and not have to have a phone lineEverything she was promised with the package that she decided to go with was installedI saw on previous account notes that you had called in to ask why there were no window sensorsShe did not get any with the package that she went with but if you would like, we would be willing to give them to you at a discounted price of $per window Thanks

Security one sent a technician June 9th to replace any faulty equipment and run a test on every sensor individually. We replaced the Cell unit, which is what gives the security system the signal and boosted the signal as well. Everything reported fine and the signal strength was fine as well. Customers were set up with the mobile app as well so that they could control their system from anywhere. Mr***, I show that we had a service technician at your home on, July 12, to remount sensor If you have any other issues with sensors, we can schedule an appointment to have the tech go back outI will have a customer service representative contact youSection of the contract that was signed states that Security will not be responsible for ANY alarms and the customer agrees to assume all responsibilities for and indemnify the company and its contractors, officers, employees and agents against any alarmThe first one that Security One paid off, was as a curtseyYou do have a full warranty on the equipment including any services fees or technician feesAs for the request, Security can not let you out of the agreementIf you would like a copy of the agreement, we can send one to your home Thank You

Ms***, I apologize for all of these inconveniences that have been causedWe would like to get everything resolved immediatelyAs per the written contract that was signed, Security or Safe Home can not pay for the alarm fees but due to the circumstance we will take care of $ of that amountWe will be giving you a call to set up the fastest way to get that to youAs far as cancellation, we need a written notice (day notice) to cancel out your agreement and Safe Home is the one that holds your agreement and they would need to walk you through the cancellation processTheir phone number is, 800-833- Please send the cancellation request to Safe Home and not Security One, I noticed on the notes on the account that a previous one was sent to Security OneWe can not process the cancellation since we do not hold your contract Thank You

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This hasn't been solvedI haven't heard anything from Security OneI've had additional issues, mainly a faulty sensor that was making my alarm go off in the middle of the nightThe sensor was repaired, but it took a weekend of fighting with customer service reps to get someone to come out (the issue started Friday and I wasn't able to get a tech to come out and repair it till Tuesday of the following week)I wasn't even offered an apology for all the troubleAs started above, the issue wasn't resolved and I haven't heard from anyone at Security One regarding itI find it crazy they have an A rating with the Revdex.comI still would like to be released from my contractThank you Regards, [redacted]
