My security officers as well as police officers both [redacted] and [redacted] 's County are actively monitor all area of [redacted] for suspicious activities, as we are paid to do
If [redacted] would let me know who were her guests, I can obtain the barred notices and get the security officer's side of the story; my security officers would not stop random people without just cause

On October 28th I stayed at a friend's apartment where this security company runs the booth and checks cars in and out that are staying at the property over nightThat night my friend did what she was supposed to do as a renter and brought her ID to the security booth to check out parking passes so our cars would not get towed over nightThe company documented the cars staying and gave her parking passesMy pass happened to be expiring the same night but we didn't notice as all of the other passes were not expiredThe next morning October 29th, around 8:I made my way to my car which had been towedWe walked down to the security booth where the guy told me it had been towed, gave me the number of the tow company and then I was told I'd have to pay $to get my car out even though it was the security teams fault I received and expired passI was calling people and being ignored by supervisors when trying to get ahold of them to say I would not be paying to get my car towed

Review: Complaint

I am a tenant of the [redacted] apartment complex in [redacted] MD. And I am unable to have guests at my home without two particular individuals who come across my apartment complex to patrol in the evening and as I am told my particular side of my complex is highly trafficked by illegal activity which thankfully I will soon be moving from the complex. I do not however appreciate as a rent paying tenant of this complex to have my guests barred from the complex because of personal vendettas whatever they may be. My apartment complex has had a history of hiring very unprofessional security guards to patrol the complex in the evening and they have done everything from my observations to impersonate police officers which is why they have so many cases from our particular complex, to harass innocent tenants and their guests for enjoying a cigarette in front of their building as there are no balconies and some individuals have a preference of not smoking in their apartment homes. As I have had a guest of mine (my significant other) barred from the complex with no legitimate reason as to why. To add on to the slew of other issues I have had to face in my time as a tenant in [redacted] not only will I be addressing issues within my apartment home but this issue which has arisen for the second time with Security at [redacted]. I am also in the process of collection a petition and complaints as many other tenants have had these similar issues. The last time I checked as rent paying tenants and adults nowhere in our lease did it specify that we were to waive our freedoms and rights for assumptions any unprofessional security officers wanted to make. What I found even more disgusting and out of line was a particular comment that was made to one of my guests who happens to be my significant other who assists me in various tasks in my unit that I can not take care of myself due to personal health matters "well since you barred from the premisis you need to ask one of your friends to come by to help your girlfriend" I will also state that not only has [redacted] given key access to my significant other with written permission from me but they have also informed me I as a tenant have the right to have him put on a key release form for my unit. I want to be contacted about this matter immediately.Desired Settlement: Whatever bar that was placed on my significant other to be lifted as [redacted] has already informed me that they have no personal reason to have barred him this was strictly doing on behalf of Security Ones supervisor in charge of patroling [redacted]s complex and a personal apology issued to myself and significant other. By the supervising security gaurd who made that disgusting comment to my significant other. Would like both of these requests in writing. Thank you
