My husband and I didn't like the security company we used in our old home, so this time around it was really important that we find a company that is honest, and delivers what they promise I did a ton of research on different local and larger companies, and Security One was my top choiceWhen we met with them, I knew right away that they would be the best company based upon the professionalism of their customer service and their presentation We were pleased that our rates would be low (and are locked in) and when installation day came, everything went wellThe technician was super professional and knew the equipment well and took his time making sure everything was just right Ultimately, we're really pleased with the equipment; it is really top of the line and better than what we used in our last home The customer service has been great too

Mr [redacted] , First of all I want to apologize if you felt in any way embarrassed or upset by your service interruption due to non payment on your account with Burney Disposal, IncI looked at your account to get to the bottom of the issue and noticed several things right awayThis is the second time your account has been cancelled for non-paymentIt was first cancelled for non-payment on 4/12/It is our policy to call and remind customers to pay one time before cancelling their accountsIt is noted on your account that you received two courtesy calls in April to try to come to a resolution and no return phone calls were receivedWe have [redacted] as your current phone numberIf this number is incorrect or needs to be updated, please let us know as this is the number we used to reach you when your payment was not received by the due dateIt appears that you were cancelled again this month (Sept, 2016) for non-paymentSince your account has been delinquent in the past to the point of service cancellation, there is no courtesy period availableOn a personal note I understand that times are financially difficult right nowEveryone is struggling to make ends meet in our areaHowever, when we pick up garbage that has not been paid for, we are effectively paying our men to pick it up, paying for our trucks to drive it to the transfer station, paying another man to load it into a trailer, paying for it to be trucked to Redding, and then paying the fee for it to be buried at the landfillIt may be hard to see, but our company is also feeling the effects of the recession, and we can not extend this type of loan to one customer and not to every customerIf we accepted promises to pay from all of our customers in lieu of actual payment, we would not be able to afford to pay our employees to continue to serve our customersIt is important to remember that this is a business relationshipWhile Burney Disposal, Incvalues every customer, we are not a loan company and we can not operate on promises to payThere are several other ways to go about getting rid of your garbage that may work better for your family at this timePerhaps consider taking your garbage to the transfer station in Burney, which is open Wednesdays and Saturdays from a.muntil p.mor consider tag service, which is essentially prepaying for garbageYou can buy these tags when you have the extra money to do so and use them at your own discretionI would be happy to discuss these options with you if you would likeIn the future, I encourage you to contact me directly rather than through a third partyI am always happy to work things out for customersWe can always find a suitable solution that works for you and for usBest regards, [redacted] ***Of Communications Burney Disposal, Inc [redacted]

I was looking for the best deal and quality for an alarm system and cameras for my new placeI had Security One come out bc their deal seemed reasonable and I liked what I read about themTheir tech was very professional and their service has been what I hoped for

I have enjoyed my home security alarm from Security OneI switched over to this company at the beginning of February of this year because I was fed up with my last companySecurity One promised me better equipment and a lower monthly rate, which I liked b/c I like to save as much of my hard earned money as possibleThey have deliveredI have only had to call them once which was shortly after my alarm installation because my alarm was beeping at me, which I didn't likeI called the customer service line and they were very helpfulThey guided me through turning off the beeping myselfSecurity One = Professionals

I switched over to Security One May and they've been great! I was with ADT before and was so tired of them raising my rates a little each year and then having to pay for service that was not my fault, like a sensor falling off! It was such a relief to find a company who puts their customers first rather than the almighty dollar! Not only is my rate locked in for life but I've had service issues (with old ADT equipment) that they've come and fixed for FREE! I can't say enough good things about this company Anyone who is tired of rate increases, or getting nickeled and dimed to death by other companies for things that are technically their fault, should 100% check this company out It's been over a year now since I switched over and again, I couldn't be happier! Thank you Security One!!!

Mr. [redacted] informed Hawaii's Revdex.com that he received a certified letter from Security One stating they will let him cancel his contract. He said the matter is resolved.
