I rented from SPS this past year for a few months while we moved. During my stay I have had no problems from the time I showed up to sign the paperwork to the time I checked out. I admit the location is not in the best part of Escondido, but we had no issues with anything. I was worried for a few days when we had 3 inches of rain in just a few hours due to our street level outside space, but no water made it into the unit. I hate the hours, but I would rather it be controlled like it is. Staff was always available and courteous. If I need storage again I would be back. They always have specials online and ways to save money on a few months rent, so look around if you are in no hurry.
