SecurityService Federal Credit Union initiated a thorough review of Ms. [redacted]’s loan # ** and the payment that she made by telephone.    Our research indicated Ms. [redacted] made her payment via our automatedsystem which posted to her loan#** on January 12, 2015 in the amount of$183.74. The payment transaction generated a confirmation email at the time ofthe transaction which was referenced in Ms. [redacted]’s complaint.  Unfortunately, the payment was subsequently, returnedinsufficient funds on January 16th and the transaction was reversed offof the account.   On January 23rd a notice was sentto Ms. [redacted] advising the past due status on the account, seeattached.  On January 25th asecond transaction was made via our automated system which posted to the loanon January 26th. Due to the payment not being received within the 10day grace period the account was assessed a late fee of $15.00. In review ofthe overall payment history, see attached, we have reversed the late fee andreturn check fee as a courtesy to Ms. [redacted]. Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks to consistentlydeliver excellent service by attempting to notify them of their account statusas soon as possible and we sincerely apologize if Ms. [redacted] felt wedid not achieve this goal.   We thank you for providing us this opportunity to research and respond to thecomplaint.  [redacted]Operations Manager of Asset Recovery, welcomes the opportunity to discuss anyfurther questions with our member.   Ms.[redacted] can be reached at 210-[redacted] or via email at [redacted]@ssfcu.orgSincerely, [redacted]Security Service Federal CreditUnion210-[redacted]

Insurance issue and the hold on your vehicle title. We have completed an investigation of the situation and are happy to provide the following information. Our records indicate that there were four (4) Collateral Protection Insurance policies placed on your loan. These were due to a change in your insurance provider that was not communicated to our vendor until August 26th, 2016. Once the clarification of the change was provided, our vendor was able to get in contact with SAFECO and verify coverage for the periods in question. All policies have been refunded and back-dated as of 9/13/2016. The account now reflects Paid In Full and the title was sent on September 21, 2016.  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address this matter. Please be assured that Security Service Federal Credit Union makes every attempt to resolve any issues our members may have. February 8, 2016     Revdex.com Complaint Name:  [redacted]     Revdex.com Complaint ID#:  [redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted] – In response to the Revdex.com complaint you resubmitted requesting documentation to demonstrate that SSFCU had authorization to obtain your credit bureau information, we have attached a copy of the credit application you completed at Charles Maund Toyota which provided your authorization. As noted in our initial response, the application was submitted to SSFCU by Charles Maund for consideration of a loan for purchase of an automobile.  As part of this process, SSFCU pulled credit bureau reports for review, which reflects as a credit inquiry on your credit bureau report.  The credit inquiry was related to a potential credit transaction involving a loan for an automobile, which is a permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Additionally, as noted above, authorization was provided by you on the application received from the dealer (reference page 2, General Disclosure and Agreements).  We trust this explanation and documentation provided resolves your concern.  Thank you, [redacted], Sr. V.P. Revdex.com:
Thank you Revdex.com! Without your help this would have never been resolved. While the SSFCU did finaly send the required paperwork to GAP, I'm afraid our personal credit reports are still effected by SSFCU and our credit score has dropped over 100 points due to this issues with the SSFCU and they are doing nothing to resolve that matter. The loan has been  paid by GAP so we can discontinue our relationship with SSFU.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I do not find this is a satisfactory resolution, but it is a resolution and this case can be closed with the Revdex.com Thank you for your help in this matter.

Dear Ms. [redacted], In order to research this issue, we would need to identify our customer's account.  Could you please provide us with name and address, or enough information for us to identify, of your 'cleaning lady'?  Thank you, Security Service Federal Credit Union

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Good morning,I apologize for the delay in my response to the complaint.  My father in law passed away in the process and the emails were in my junk folder....

The complaint is not resolved by any means.  SSFCU has contacted us.  However, they have not offered any reasonable resolve.  My father in law is now deceased and due to the response time from them we were not able to accomplish long term care Medicaid so he could have had more services and died at home as he wished to do.  Instead he died in hospice at a facility.  We had asked for SSFCU to assist with end of life care since they failed to provide us the information for him to qualify.  We are now requesting that they forgive all debt from my father in law and for the vehicle to become an asset.  We are further requesting that SSFCU be investigated as to their business practices.[redacted]PFS[redacted] office[redacted] fax[redacted] DirectConfidentiality Statement: The information contained in this email is confidential information belonging to Integrated Practice Resources.
