I am rejecting this response because:
I did not have any problems interacting with the office managerShe is the one that told me that she did not want to see me and that I needed to set up an online account at which point I didI then paid on time every month and only went to my unit after office hours to respect her wishThe office manager was the one that made it personal.

I've received and reviewed the complaint made by Ms*** ***. Ms*** and the facility manager, Stephanie ***, were up until recently close personal friends. Apparently, they had a falling out and Ms*** made it clear that she was uncomfortable having any contact
with Ms***. I have been made aware of the text messages sent not only by Ms***, but those sent by Ms***, as well. Ms*** has been counseled against having any further contact with Ms*** acting on Security Storages behalf.As stated in the lease paperwork that Ms*** signed, we have a month to month contract. It is left up to the managements discretion as to whether or not to renew at the first of each month. Seeing that Ms*** found it impossible to interact with Ms***, it was decided that we would not be renewing her contract. She was given ample notice to vacate, in fact, many more days than required. The certified notification dated March 9, made her aware that she had until March 30, to have her belongings removed from the property.Ms*** is not entitled to a rent refund. Her belongings were stored at our facility up until the last day of the month. She will also not be receiving a refund for clean up fees. She was given ample time to remove her belongings and opted not to. Ms*** left tires, heavy furniture and several boxes in the unit. The cost of removing and disposing of her belongings are her responsibility
