This company was contracted by the military to pack up my household goods. In the process of doing so they kicked my coffee table top so hard that the top was ripped off. They turned a table upside down and wrapped the legs in packing wrap so tightly that they were partially torn off and that was used as storage. Boxes were packed hazardously, statues had kettle bells thrown on top, my computer had unwrapped steak knives thrown in with it, my sons room had boxes labels toys with broken open packs of razor blades tossed in. This is in addition to the blatant theft of military equipment which I was forced to purchase, and the loss of several parts boxes with diabled my welding equipment until I can afford new cables and power cords. Also they dropped a milling machine so hard that it cracked the spine of it making it inoperable. And all medicine were stolen to what end I do not know. Numerous items were left that I had to pack and ship myself because they stated that they lacked the space to do so. I attempted to contact the company and they did not answer their phones, and no messages were returned. I asked the El Paso County Sheriffs department to look into the matter (case #14008123) the company would not answer their phones or return the investigating offices calls back. When I attempted to file a damages claim with the parent company AAA moving they stated that because the paperwork filled out by the packing company didn't contain the required information and the claim was denied. A photogrpaher had been hired to document the unloading process given the extreme extent of the damages. A copy of that photo log is available and a copy was sent to the moving company. They stated depite their employees being seen unloading the crates from the truck with their logo, and holding the damaged items, that that was not proof of damages. When working through the military to attempt to correct this issue the only responce given was that that was impossible when I offered the police report and the photo log both were refused to be recieved and no furth contact could be made. In the end the damages exceeded 25,000$ and the stolen items to include military equipment I was forced to puchase at my own expence totaled over 7,000$. All told this has left both me and my son with out beds and me severly indebted due to their neglegence. Also military movements are seperated into personnal and professional gear, it was noted that nothing had been calculated as profession equipment. I had to personnaly audit the shipment with the military office to correct this deficiency which I was to be billed an addition 1500$ for.

We signed a contract with this van lines to move our items from Colorado Springs Co, to Cleveland, Tenn. Two days later, we were told that they could not move our furniture on the agreed to date as they had made a mistake in the scheduling. I had gone ahead and made time to close on the sale of my home based on this. Then they told me I would have to pay for a storage fee because our items would have to be stored for a few days until they could ship. This seemed very unethical and they did not honor their contract. This cost us more time and money. Further down the line there were problems with the driver and what he told us to do.
