Security Waste

We got service with Security Waste 8n December 2015, we asked for a dumpster which we gotThe dumpster was only getting emptied twice a month if we were lucky and skipped on the other dates of serviceI called the office on numerous times and we had to wait until our next service dateWe stopped their driver 9ff the highway on a Saturday a little after 7pm to empty the dumpster and we were told by him he wasn't going to but he didSince May we have cancelled service and it is now June 4, and we still have their dumpster on our property and excuse after excuse of why they won't pick it upNo one is in the office to talk to them and can't leave a messageSo I would like for everyone to know how horrible the service is and not reliableI'm not the only that complainsSecurity Waste is on Facebook with a lot of unhappy customersI would like for their dumpster to be picked up or I will charge them for keeping g it on our property

The only thing security waste picks up is your money sometimes your garbageSave yourself the trouble and hire someone else

The dumpster was only getting emptied twice a month if we were lucky and skipped on the other dates of service. I called the office on numerous times and we had to wait until our next service date. We stopped their driver 9ff the highway on a Saturday a little after 7pm to empty the dumpster and we were told by him he wasn't going to but he did. Since May 2015 we have cancelled service and it is now June 4, 2015 and we still have their dumpster on our property and excuse after excuse of why they won't pick it up. No one is in the office to talk to them and can't leave a message. So I would like for everyone to know how horrible the service is and not reliable. I'm not the only that complains. Security Waste is on Facebook with a lot of unhappy customers. I would like for their dumpster to be picked up or I will charge them for keeping g it on our property.

This customer states that she has had service with security for 1.5 years, However, we only purchased this company in Nov 2014. Unfortunately, along with the purchas of this company, we also inhareted their issues and problems.  Per the previous owners, the customer in question had a past due...

balance.  We did continue to service the costomer for a short time, but when we received no payment for service, the customer was ended. On Feb. 25th,  When  we called to inform the customer of her past due balance, she became irate.  She explained that she had changed service in Decmber of 2014.  We told her that we understood, and NEVER ask for payment after that (Deleted the acount/customer from our system). Infact, before this customer hung up, she told us how terrible we were and how her new service was great, and that she would never use us again.  Told her that was her choice as well.  We have NEVER harrassed this customer for payment, and only made one phone call to this customer.  I will NOT apologize for something we DID NOT do.  If this customer is stresses out and upset, it is not because of us.  The dates listed on her report were before we purchased this company.  I have only spoken to this customer on one occasion, and that was in Feb. of this year.  We have implimated changes to improve service, and our customers have been very satisfied.  I cannot change what happened when the company was under the management of the previous owners, I can only continue to make changes and improvements for the company's future.
