HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I called to ask if the unit was climate controlledi was told yes but that I could only get the special being month of august free if I reserved onlinei reserved and then went to location to find out that the guy behind the counter that I talked to lied to me and its not climate controlledhe knew he lied to me and told me I would still get that rate, made me go through everything such as required contracts to sign and moving everything into my storage and then he calls me the next day to tell me that he again lied yesterday and I won't get that rate and now I have to pay morehe even went as far as to say that they didn't have record of my call and I had to pull out my phone and show him that yes it was him I talked to and him who lied to methis is peoria arizona locationguy behind the counter is ***he seems nice and helpful but he's really anything but thatI now had to pay and everything and then move everything out because I refuse to give business to a company who's employees are so dishonesti paid an online deposit just to go through the hassle of being lied to multiple times and to move in and then move back outi am female at lbs and am looking to also get the waste of energy, time, and work backthis guy [redacted] lied to me many times and took all the energy I had to fill the storageknowing how small I am he thought that if I filled the storage and then was told the next day that it was double the price he believed I would just pay it instead of move out to an honest facility nearbywhen he told me the rate has changed and he can't give me what he promised he said it was a call center that I talked to and that they didn't knowhe then said there was no record of my callI pulled out my phone and showed him it was his office I called and told him yes it was you [redacted] that I talked to and he just got embarrassed and said that there was nothing he could doi am telling everyone I know about the experience I had with your company and about all the lies from your associate ***If he would have been honest and admitted he was confused then I would have just paid the extra but to tell me that I never even called and to say I was lying when I had proof and that it was him I talked to was the most unprofessional and dishonest part of it allI do have phone records that I have asked copies of from my cellphone provider if you would like to see when the actual call took placeImmediately after the call I made the online reservation which would also verify my truthfulness
