I am rejecting this response because the complaint is not about ***, but about Sedgwick Management staff taking over two months to process the claim and ignoring repeated phone calls and emailsWhile the claim was finally processed, no apology was given for failing to respond to the several messages sent to Sedgwick staff

Review: Claim No [redacted] I have file an insurance claim for a cell phone. Returned the phone but a new phone has not been sent. Customer service is giving me the run around. Supervisors will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want a new phone sent to me immediately and I want my cell phone bill paid for while I did not have a phone due to the company's failure to deliver me a phone.

Review: I was involved in an accident on June 6, 2013 and Sedgwick has yet to resolve the matter in one months time. My car was totaled.

The company hasn't made any attempt to resolve the issue. The "adjuster" didn't properly assess my vehicle. Ive had three different shops assess the damages and all three have said the car is damaged for more than it is worth. The impact was between the wheels on the passenger [redacted] and the doors do not open. He did not clip the doors and check the inside of the car nor did he check the undercarriage. The frame is completely bent in and he didn't assess that either. The services provided by this company are atrocious. Every time I call I am told someone will call me back and they never do. WHEN I CALLED TO FILE A CLAIM, THEY TOLD ME I WASNT THEIR CUSTOMER AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR PARTY TO CONTACT THEM!! I said I have a police report with your party's info on it. They refused to accept it. After calling 10 times and speaking with a supervisor, they opened a claim. It has now been a month, and I still haven't gotten anywhere. Desired Settlement: a PROPER adjustment to the vehicle that includes looking at ALL the damages the accident caused.

My car was totaled.

Sedgwick is the third party administrator handling claims for multiple clients. We have reviewed the complaint filed in this matter and have been unable to identify this specific claim. The complainant has not provided enough information for us to locate a claim or to investigate. In order for us to provide the Revdex.com with the appropriate response, we will need additional information such as a claim number, the name of his/her client or the name of the examiner that has been handling this matter here at Sedgwick.
