Ordered several parts via telephone to rebuild a truck, we paid half down before they started cutting off these parts. Once there, we paid via Credit Card the balance left owing and was to receive the invoice via email that same day. No invoice has shown up to date. Not only that, but we were charged for a differential ( which they had but was the wrong one ) and they said we will get you the right one. Again, no invoice, no differential that is paid for. We have made SEVERAL attempts to collect our invoice and make arrangements to get the missing part rectified - but no luck. [redacted]Desired SettlementThere are so many issues that we are dealing with.1. We NEED the invoice to show the price of our items we paid for2. We either need the differential requested or REFUND us our money.3. There are other small parts that are wrong or broken ( didn't realize until trying to put on truck at home ) so either get us the correct ones OR refund us our moneyBusiness Response [redacted] We have already solved the case with [redacted] on March 2, 2016. [redacted]Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)They have supplied one of the parts and still waiting for the second one ,which is worth around 700.
