On August 18, 2014, *** *** was involved in an accident with one of our off road vehiclesHe rented vehicles, of which one was rolled overThe single atv accident occurred when son was doing donuts on the trails (they had a helmet camera rental, of which the footage shows him doing donuts and Is available)The footage has been uploaded to YOUTUBE: http://youtu.be/fTd8nBmX
The attached rental agreement obligated them to pay a $1,deductible against the parts and damages to the vehicle, and $per diem up to days for out of service charges
$2,was charged to the *** at the time of the accident {see signatures on all agreements).
The actual charges were :

This was a complete rollover, not just slightly tipped on it's side
They are heard saying that we told them "no donuts",and also on rental agreem.ent
We did not charg.e for any plastic scratches or damages
We are a year old company and zero complaints until now
This is a standard rental agreement for vehicle rental companies, of which a per diem for out of service vehicles is normalThere is no way we can supply them with lists of names of customers requesting single atvs during the per diem periodThe privacy Issues are mind-numbing
We only charge $per diem, Instead of the full $per day rental charges
I encourage you to call any *** dealership and see how much these parts cost, as well as how long it takes to order and ship them
All signatures are attached with this letter

All parts were ordered along with our regular, large [redacted] orders to [redacted].      It takes several days to receive the parts, and the vehicle was repaired in 12 days.   

 

We work to get the vehicle back on the...

trails as quickly as possible, as we loose money at $90.00 per day.  Our focus is to get the vehicle back to the condition it was before your son did donuts on the trail.      

August and September are busy months for us, and we needed that vehicle.   The fact that you signed a document stating you would call us in the event of any accident or incident, but you chose to drive the vehicle with the steering post damaged, probably caused more damage.

On August 18, 2014, [redacted] was involved in an accident with one of our off road vehicles. He rented 4 vehicles, of which one was rolled over. The single atv accident occurred when son was doing donuts on the trails.  (they had a helmet camera rental, of which the footage shows him doing donuts and Is available). The attached rental agreement obligated them to pay a $1,000.00 deductible against the parts and damages to the vehicle, and $90.00 per diem up to 14 days for out of service charges.

$2,260.00 was charged to the [redacted] at the time of the accident {see signatures on all agreements). 

The actual charges were :

$ 769.49 for parts

$1,080.00 for 12 days per diem. It takes several days for parts to reach us from [redacted] in Minneapolis and at least one entire day for our mechanics to repair the damaged vehicle .

 

TOTAL charges: $1,849.49  [redacted] ending [redacted].

 

$410.51 was returned to the [redacted] on 8/28/2014 and credited to the
