I saw a review on here about [redacted] over charging people on their card. The exact same thing happened to me while I was there last year as well. I thought it was just an accident, but it looks like they did the same exact thing to someone else. We ordered shakes and the bill was less than 10 dollars. But when I checked my bank statement, they had charged me around $45 dollars. Just wanted to let people know this happened to more than one person.

I recently was visiting Sedona and left something in a hotel. The hotel did me a favor and took the item to this place to be shipped. I explained to the hotel that I no longer in Sedona but back in Maricopa and would be traveling home in 2 days. They informed me that they told the shipping place would have it to me by the next day. I never received the delivery as I requested so the hotel gave me their #. I called it and spoke with the owner who gave me several excuses including I had several "walk in" customers that I had to service as though the person who took my stuff to the hotel didn't count as a "real" customer. Then I was told that an employee called in sick, it has been non-stop busy all day and she didn't even have time for a break...After all the excuses she offered her 1st apology. Ok, we all have bad days every now and then but I don't need to hear your excuses as to why you didn't ship my package when it was originally brought in. Then I asked her if I could have my package shipped via [redacted] and she told me that most people ship with fedex but if I wanted it shipped via [redacted] I could have. I also asked when "my" package would be shipped out and I was reassured that it would be shipped the next day and she was very apologetic for not getting it shipped when I needed it. So, all was forgiven again and we corresponded via email and she assured me that my package was shipped and I would have it arrive on such and such day. (I even went on her website to see if my request was unreasonable and right there on her page it says we are an authorized shipping for [redacted],[redacted]...) I wish I could post our email correspondence because she did just the opposite of what she said she would do. Not only did she out and out LIE to me, I requested in several emails about how much she charged my CC. She never replied until the day before the delivery arrived that my receipt was with the package. After I opened it and saw that I was charged more than double shipping charges I was furious! I contacted [redacted] and they told me that from there to here the shipping charge was 1/3 of what I was charged. I get the fact that there is a mark up for shipping supplies, packing, rent... but my package came in a reused envelope with no packing material included which took all of about 30 seconds to pack up so what was the other 2/3 cost used for? OUTRAGEOUS! This review would have never been written even with the overcharging but DO NOT LIE TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE SHIPPING INDUSTRY ESPECIALLY WHEN I WORK FOR THE COMPANY WHICH I REQUESTED IT TO BE SHIPPED THROUGH.

All Tech Garage Door Service is nothing short of awesome. My door failed Sunday afternoon. I called, left a message and by 8:15 Monday morning got a call back.Their customer service is impeccable and the service technician they sent out, Eric by name, was polite and respectful, professional and timely in his arrival, well within the two hour window I was given. Not to mention he was able to replace both coil springs on my 16 foot door in an hour, possibly less. The price, couldn't be beat. I had a coupon for the springs and as I was a vet and a senior, was given an additional, yes, additional discount.
