I contacted the company and asked for a quote for Vertical Milling Machines, sent the specifications, and FOB details Neither the quote nor a phone call was received at my end Both Baileigh and my company had no chance of selling the machines

On July 5, 2017, our company took delivery of a new VM-1040E-Vertical Mill on our PO 044761, and the Vertical mill was professionally installed by licensed electrical contractors in Elgin, IL
On October 10, we reported to *** ***, by phone with confirmation by email, that the motor (Part# VM-M25C) had failed and that smoke was coming out of the motor *** *** requested that we send photos of the serial plates on the machine as well as a short video that documented that the motor was smoking We complied wioth that requerst and sent same via email
We sent followup emails on October and October requesting delivery status of the motor
On October 12, we received an email from *** *** stating that the warranty replacement motor would have a 4-week leadtime
We are a manufacturer of FDA registered medical devices and our business will suffer a financial hardship by having to wait 4-weeks to get our machine back up and running

I purchased expensive machines from baileigh industrial and all went downhill from thereWhen I received my equipment it was over weeks late damaged and missing partsOne of my more expensive machines is software driventhe first software package that came with it was old and out dated and has since stopped workingthey offered new very complicated software with technical supportI am now on my own to try to figure it out

Approximately around February or March of I purchased several pieces of equipment from BalieghOne of those pieces was a Exhaust bender at a cost of approx$and I had all the equipment financed thru *** Business BankAs we are not a Muffler shop the bender was not used until about months laterIt did not work correctly but not knowing the equipment that well I let it goTwo more exhaust systems were done later of that yearThe machine still didn't function correctlyWhen I called Baliegh I was quickly told the machine was out of warranty a few monthsThen I sent to e-mails concerning the machine and no replyWhile I agree the machine was out of warranty I am furious about the fact that I am paying a loan on a machine every month for something that does not work or has ever workedIf I had built exhaust systems then it may be differentI have now purchased a used machine that works great

I will never buy another Baileigh again! I was lied toThese are not American, quality machinesThey are chinese machines that brake if you look at them too longBaileigh is a scam! They got so much publicity by celebrities because they probably pay them out well! Save yourself some the time and money and just look elsewhere

I called Baileigh in December of to discuss a hydraulic brakeI explained that my head shop worker was going in for shoulder surgery and I wanted to get a machine that could bend and hem metal, namely and gasteelI did not get the name of the person I spoke to but they assured me the the BB-12014H could bend and hem these metals all day longMy secretary overheard me explaining in detail about my head shop guy and getting really excited that this brake could do the work my guy would be unable to do with his injured shoulderI quickly got my finances together and purchased the brakeThe brake came and we did all the electrical work we needed to and quickly found the brake could not hem even the lightest gauge of metalI called to see if we were doing something wrong and was told that the machine cannot hem metal and that nobody there would have told me it couldThey inferred that I was making this claim upI have talked to the people at Baileigh and was told that th

I PURCHASE A TABLE SAW FROM THEM, THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG RIP FENCE, BIG PAIN IN THE *** !!!!

We purchased a PT-44VH Plasma Cutting Table ($15,000) from Baileigh Industrial approx four years ago - The product never worked correctly since day oneFor this reason we have been working with Baileigh's "After Sales Support" team since the very beginningSince Baileigh Industrial does not offer any travelling/in-person support, we were required to diagnose the machine over several phone calls and e-mails as per their instructionWe have been following direct instruction from Baileigh's Support team in order to find a resolution to this issue, following their instruction with exacting detailOver four years we have not made any positive progress - we have replaced almost every component on this machine with no positive resultsBaileigh's has even tried to pin blame on the Torch Manufacturer several times, although proved to be falseRecently we were informed that the support technician that we have been working with has left the company and "left patchy notes" (in other words, he failed to log adequate information/notes), which has now required us to start at the "very beginning" of diagnosis, completely wasting the past four years of our time and moneyThe current support technician had us measure the voltage and resistance of a few circuits/components, as we have done several times before, and although we were informed that all electrical measurements seemed correct, he told us that the "evidence points to the Auto-Height Control Module"We were informed that we would need to be charged for the unit as we were "out-of-warranty", although we are still diagnosing a machine that never worked, via an ongoing support ticket from four years agoI was informed that our warranty is not active as the past technician's E-Mail history did not have any indication that the machine was defective prior to the end of our warranty date, which is 100% false, hence the entire situation we have been dealing with over the past four yearsWhy would Baileigh Industrial provide us with warranty support back then, if we weren't covered by warranty back then? It makes no sense, we contacted Baileigh Industrial with our complaint in a swift manner but they will not acknowledge this nowThe technician told me there was nothing he could do besides asking his supervisor, who ultimately had him charge our account for $1,700+ to replace a unit that did not even solve our problemWhile the $charge was reduced from $1900+ by "courtesy" discount, this is completely unacceptableUpon informing Baileigh Industrial that the replacement unit did not solve our problem, the technician made no mention of a return/refund for the faulty unit and rather requested that I disassemble and take photographs of the inside of the torch once againThis will be about the tenth time we have disassembled the torch to verify the assemblyAt this point we have paid about $18,for the machine, replacement module, consumable parts, etcThis does not include the labor that our boss has paid us to do Baileigh's jobThis does not include the expenses we have paid for other manufacturer's to produce the parts that we should have been able to produce on our Baileigh Industrial Plasma Cutting TableSourcing these parts to external vendors has been quite costly, which raised our production costs, therefore requiring higher product costsThis leads to dissatisfaction not only on our end, but also for our customersThe machine has also improperly fired the torch twice, both times our staff was almost injuredAny other manufacturer in this industry would have already sent a technician to diagnose this issue years agoA $mini-refrigerator can be purchased and it would come with a far superior warranty plan than Baileigh's can offer, as well as a travelling support technicianLack of such support for a $15,industry-level investment is absolutely unacceptable and unheard-ofWe have been completely betrayed as a customer, and will never be able to recommend Baileigh Industrial Equipment as they will not stand behind their productThis is behavior that is unheain the world of industrial-level production machineryThis situation has been followed closely by several of our business associates, customers, and friends/acquaintances, local and worldwideAll aforementioned parties are now unanimously in agreement that there are other manufacturers that they will obtain their equipment fromOur local high-school was also considering purchase of one of these plasma tables for instructional use in their tech department, we have heard that this obviously will not be happeningIn our case, we will be arranging the purchase of Lincoln Electric Torchmate machines for our plasma cutting operations, and for our mills and lathes we will now be investing in high-quality Haas equipmentThis situation has been an absolute nightmare, we now have nearly $20,invested into a 6'x6' paperweightPlease do yourself a favor and purchase a quality piece of machinery from a quality manufacturer that has a legitimate support team

On May 1, I spoke to *** in ServiceI gave him my equipment serial number and model numberHe then e-mailed me a break down of the machine I picked the part I neededI called *** back and told him what I neededHe took my info and credit card numberI called back to get a tracking number the next day , *** stated one part was on back order (Camshaft) so I told him to send the order when the order was completeI called a couple of times to check on my parts and was told a couple of weeks each timeOn June 2, I received the back ordered partsThe complete order was incorrectI called and spoke with JamesJames knows what he is doingGot me the right parts but I had to go back and deal with ***Well *** and I then talked about my order being wrongand *** stated the I gave him the wrong part numbersI GAVE *** the numbers off the parts breakdown he providedI gave James the same serial number and model number on June 2,He got the right partHow

My first contact with the company included a request if the table saw I was interested in ever went on sale or if they ever had specials I was basically told that they did not know and when I ordered the saw a few days later, I made the same request Within a couple days after my order and prior to even receiving the saw, I received via email an add stating a sale of 15% off all items on their site I called and emailed about this, and my contention was that I had specifically requested about a discount or sale and that something should be done I understand that if I had not made a specific request that I probably just had some bad timing luck Upon my request, I was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the proper person and that I should receive a response My note here is in response to the fact that I have not received a response Below is attached my email showing that I did make the request and that customer service is certainly lacking from this company in regard

I have order a universal bender from baileigh industrial online on 07/10/for $+ $shippingRight after I ordered it I realized that they had the wrong address and called immediately and somebody helped me to change it to the right one as of on my invoice it is the right address but somehow the FedEx shipping label had the wrong address so I never receive my packageI have called baileighs industrial like 10+times and whoever answers the phone they don't know anything about my order and I have to explain every time the whole situation and every time they act like they going to call fedex to resolve the issue next day I call FedEx and FedEx just tell me every time that Baileigh's have to call them to ask them to retrieve my packageAs for today Baileigh's customer service person jut leave me on hold for 30mins and I called FedEx and FedEx just told me the same thing "baileigh has to call us to retrieve your package and we don't have any notes other then this package was del
