Sedona Soul Adventures

In 2002 I was very sad - my sister had just died, my daughter had gotten married and left the family home, my job was stressful and my life seemed to be on hold. I felt a heaviness around me I couldn’t shake and knew I needed a jump start to get out of the funk I was in. I had driven through Sedona on my way to the Grand Canyon a few years back but didn’t have a chance to explore the area. I knew the area touted spirituality so I searched the internet in Sedona for something different. I found Sedona Soul Adventures and decided to take a chance and I booked a visit. mind you, my home was New Jersey and I traveled on Memorial Day weekend in 2003 to Sedona, alone. When I booked, I had the option of picking from a large number of sessions. Debra met me, though I don’t remember where, but I do remember she took me to a vortex site and gave me the particulars about each person I was to meet up with over the weekend. Each session was incredible - one better that the one before. I ended the weekend with a Breath-work session. I was truly reborn afterwards and felt the heavy sadness dissolve. It wasn’t until my plane ride home that it dawned on me how I trusted each “guide” ahead of meeting them. It never occurred to me to be afraid of the session even though it was only me and the guide.

Overall, it was an incredible weekend, one that I vividly remember almost 17 years later. It changed my outlook to life in general and I am forever grateful to Debra and her “angel guides.” I keep wanting to return, and some day I might...
