You were given 120 days from date of purchase to redeem your voucher. After that, the amount paid could be used as a credit toward any service we provide. This was stated in the voucher, on the deal, and is how the site, [redacted], has always worked. That being said you are more then welcome to use your credit at any time. As for our phones, it does not ring at your end, but it does ring on ours. It is set up as a ring back, but instead of a song, its alerting our clients of any specials that might be going on. I could understand how that could have been confusing and sounds like its going to voicemail. Howev er, it was actually ringing. I will work to change that to avoid this confusion in the future.
