We have tried to reach the complainant several times before he registered this complaint and left voice messages to schedule appointment on the phone number ( cell phone) which the complainant has used to contact us but couldn't get hold of him to schedule the appointment for
repair.After we received this complaint we called the complainant again on the home phone number listed in the complaint and got to know that he didn't know how to check the voice mail on his cell phone. We had already scheduled and completed the repair to customer's satisfaction.Some more points regarding the complaintThe project was initially scheduled for June 1st but due to the unavailability of the particular material it was rescheduled to June 21st with the client's consent and we completed the job within two days of it.We have already completed one repair in December but either due to the condition of the sub flooring or due to the high humidity in the house,floor expanded againDuring the time of installation we did explain to the customer about sub flooring. We figured during the repair that there is approximately ft span of flooring which causing the problem, now we repaired the floor and took extra measures at our cost that this problems doesn't happen again

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and the work was complete and the hallway flooring is okay now Regarding the statement that repairs were made in December..we were not even in the country during this time so this statement is incorrect Anyway the flooring is fine now so the complaint can be closed.Thanks for helping resolve this issue,Joseph T***
