When complaint ID #*** was received we reviewed our records and then contacted our customer. An apology was extended and information obtained regarding his telephone call to us. He was assured we will provide
coaching to our employees so that our customers receive the excellent service we strive to provide with each and every interaction with our company.
We have issued the desired refund and also provided him with a Gift Certificate in the hopes he will shop with us again. He was pleased with the resolution.
