Company refuses to honor its 100% satisfaction guarantee citing circumstances that were never communicated.
They sent me a faulty product. And a faulty replacement part. I then requested to return it for a refund. Which was denied because I had disassembled it to replace the bad part.
Company will honor its warranty even though the sight has been completely pulled apart without authorization from ***. (have emails to prove) Regarding the 30 day money back the reason it was denied is because the sight had been disassembled.
