Seed capital was assisting me in providing funds to pay for my education, I signed contract with them were said minimum provided funds are $50,And if they could not provide funds to meet minimum required amount they won't charge their fee of $In my case they did not meet minimum requirements, so they asked my to provide Credit card NO, so they will increase my limit, I provided, and instead of increasing my balance they put their $fee and did it twice on 5/16/I contacted them to remove charges on my card, but they said they can not do thatMy bank was investigating it and did not find fraud
