To Whom it may Concern, We have been in touch directly with the customer and resolved all issuesThe cost of the missing shirt was refunded to the customers card right awayOur website is set up to only show available inventory, however when we recently relaunched our website there were a
few bugs to work out and that is why the out of stock shirt appeared availableAny issues since relaunching our site have been fixed and it is now running smoother than ever! As for the defective hat, we called the customer directly and per his request shipped him out a replacementThe customer will be receiving his new hat any day now and we hooked him up with a bunch a free stickers! Our customers are of the utmost importance to us and hopefully we have salvaged a long relationship with our loyal fan.Best Regards, seedleSs clothing

Review: First of they completed my order said everything was in stock a week later got my partial order I was missing a shirt and on the order slip it said s/o so I called them to see wut happened they said they were out of stock and would issue me a refund I said ok and hung up I called a half hr later bc I noticed the hat I had ordered was all screwed up and by that I mean the threading on the bill of the hat was extremely loose and not even there in some areas so the hat will end up falling apart in a few weeks if thatDesired Settlement: Ill take a replacement hat or refund I was a return customer but after these incidents there is no way
