I ordered one year ago 10 Feng Shui products. There were two of them missing from the order. It took a long hostile and sometimes insulting phone calls to make them to re-send the articules. They refused totally to accept that they didn't send a complete order. This is america for god sake, we are still a good country when it comes to business and customer services. If a client called immediately informing that his order is not complete then you have to validate that / Instead they made feel like I was making up this, in other words: I was trying to get twice the products!
I would never never buy anything form this company . Customer representatives to whom I spoke were rude, with no manners at all.
