*** first called in and spoke with our customer service rep AmandaAmanda has worked for our company for monthsWe have not offered the coupon codes that *** received in an email in monthsJonathan has not worked for our company for monthsWhen *** spoke about referring to Dogs
the customer service representative assumed it was a customer trying to take advantage of the companyWe moved systems over in September so even if the customer service representative *** spoke with could see the coupon codes they would not have seen this code that was sent to *** months ago
I did take the chat over with *** and ask that he send me the email that he was referring toI noticed that we did in fact send that email and let him know that I would be happy to refund 10% on the order that he just placedHe told me that was penny’s compared to what he was going to orderI told him he could place another order and I would give him 10% off the next order if he wishedWe no longer give out coupon codes so I did not have another one that I could offer himHe then told me that he was going to report us to which I said nothingI did offer to give him a discountIn the complaint he filed that is all he says that he wantsI have attached the chat transcript that we have from our conversation with ***We were on chat for minutesI have also attached the email that *** receivedOn the email you can see that it was sent to him on May 5th which is months agoWe do not keep coupon codes on file that long but I was still happy to honor it
I could find the call that he placed however the recording was not on the call as they purge out of our system fairly quicklyI do see that the length of the call was for minutes and seconds
