the sign-up is non-refundable.

In addition, any recourse to refund your sign-up has expired as it has been over a year since the initial transaction had taken place.

Her request for a refund was denied. There are no records of a request made to cancel the service within 24 hours. It is protocol that when a member signs up for the service, we immediately begin the background investigation so they can be approved quickly. If I did not have an option to decline my application, then why did the founder provide me that option and then act in the complete opposite by charging me even though I declined to continue? This is false advertising, unethical and unacceptable. I am hopeful that the Revdex.com will intervene to remedy the situation.
