In addition, any recourse to refund your sign-up has expired as it has been over a year since the initial transaction had taken place.

Her request for a refund was denied. There are no records of a request made to cancel the service within 24 hours. It is protocol that when a member signs up for the service, we immediately begin the background investigation so they can be approved quickly.
