We appreciate Mr [redacted] ’s concern that he ordered the wrong product, he was careful in installing the product on his rifle and he has kept the product in good conditionUnfortunately, we cannot take back product which has been installed as stated in our return policy which applies to all web site purchases, as stated: “If you require a product exchange or request for refund it must be completed within the first days of purchase from Seekins PrecisionThe return/exchange policy does not apply if the product was not purchased directly from Seekins Precision and/or has been modified, installed, misused or has been damaged by accident, abuse or misapplication“

As listed on our website our warranty policy states:
Seekins Precision offers a limited lifetime warranty on our
products
Should
we determine there are defects in material or
workmanship, we will repair or
replace the product, at our discretion at no charge to the customer.
If you decide you're not 100% satisfied within the first days of your
invoice from Seekins Precision, simply contact *** and request a return formThe return
policy does not apply if the product was not purchased directly from Seekins
Precision and/or has been modified, installed, misused or has been damaged by
accident, abuse or misapplication. Sales tax and shipping charges
are not refundable
Mr
*** explained to our customer service rep that he had installed and shot the
rifle with his Vortex scope and then returned the scope because he thought it
was the point of failure. After
receiving the second scope he determined the Seekins Precision Picatinny rail
was the issue and requested a refund.
Our customer service agent followed the stated warranty and advised that
he was unable to provide a refund as the product had already been installed and
used.
The FAQ
section that Mr*** refer to does match what he stated however the bullet
point right above it repeats the statement in the warranty that if installed it
would void the warranty. I apologize
that the customer service rep wasn’t able to deliver the information in a
manner that was considered courteous. It
is absolutely our goal to treat our customers with the utmost respect and
provide the highest level of customer service

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I stated in my initial correspondence with the Revdex.com, as per the company's web site, there was no disclaimer stating if you mounted the rail system it would void the return policy. Therefore, I think they should refund the cost of the rail. If that is not the case, then Seekins should at least offer me a the rail that I needed to sight in my rifle.
