[redacted]  Our records indicate that [redacted] joined SeekVerify.com on ** Aug 2017 for a monthly membership, using email [email protected]. Upon enrollment to our site, customers are sent a welcome email that includes their membership details.   SeekVerify is a website that offers an instant background service search for people, phone numbers, e-mails and properties. We provide information on several fields (criminal and police records, financial records, public directories, etc), but we are limited to the data that is provided to us by our 3rd party data providers. They aggregate their data based on digitized public records on the county/state and federal level.     All evidence points to [redacted] signing up and using our online service, as well as agreeing to the terms and conditions. Each time a customer runs a report on an individual, it costs us money to query the data providers.   Additionally, on the same day, [redacted] also purchased a monthly membership on ID Safeguard, an online service that gives customer a protection against identity theft and offers assistance when it has happened.   Though we have records of [redacted] using the services offered on our websites, we’ve decided to refund the month membership transactions as a courtesy.   We have 24/7 email support, live chat support and phone support waiting to attend customer’s inquiries.
