Saturday September 10th, Mr. [redacted] and his son, [redacted], walked in our office willing to buy the car. They were interested in a 2015 [redacted]. the car was for [redacted], the son. The negotiation began and both parties agreed on the costs, all the demands of the deal, and they...

decided to purchase the vehicle. They signed the contract, all the paperwork, and paid the deposit of 200.00. Then we handed them RMV1 form, so they could go to the insurance company and get the insurance stamp. it was agreed that they would come back on Monday with the stamped form to register the vehicle. On Monday we started to put work into this sale. We sent the contract via [redacted] to the bank and started preparing the car. On this same day we tried to contract them several times. We called them, left messages: however, no one answered or replied. We never heard from them on that day. On the following day, Tuesday, [redacted] called saying that on the day before they had gone to the insurance and found out that the rate was going to be too high.  We told him we could try to get them a better deal in another insurance company. He said he would first have to talk with his dad. On the next day 10/13, Mr. [redacted] called us and told the same story about the Insurance rate. And again we said we could get them a better price with another insurance company. This time, Mr. [redacted] called us and told us he would speak to his son and get back to us. It happens that they never contacted us. We tried to reach them but they never returned our calls or our messages. After a week with out hearing anything from them, [redacted] girlfriend walked in asking for the 200.00 deposit back. We refused to do so because we mentioned, we all signed the contract, the purchase contract had already been accepted by an authorized dealer, we had shipped all the bank's documents and it involves costs. We understand we are supported by the M.G.L. 90 7n law of Mass. They gave up on the deal with total disrespect for the code of Mass regulations. We even offered them a better insurance deal but they went on and posted a negative review purely motivated by anger for not getting their 200 deposit back
