Review: 1. We agreed and it was in the contract that after paying half of the contract I do not need to pay until the completion of work. During the first day of work they told us me that I need to pay that afternoon.

2. Because I started to question the charges they hung the phone on me and stopped working.

The additional charges were for materials that they used.

3. When I send questions by email, 1) where did the idea come from that it is our responsibility to pay for these materials come from, 2) the price of these materials and 3) were where these materials used, even though I received a reply to this email, I did not receive an answer to any of these questions.

4. They not answering my (the person that singed the contract and gave the deposit) question, searched for [redacted] of the house, (a woman a generation older than me) to intimidate her by phone.Desired Settlement: They have the responsibility

1. To apologize for scaring [redacted] by phone and for the trouble that they caused by stopping the job.

2. To complete the contract with the original conditions.

3. To compensate for the expenses that they caused by stopping the job for 4 days.

There is a severe language barrier at work here and it is making the entire situation difficult.

We came out to estimate the roof job they wanted. We meet 3 people on site (Grandmother, Father & a Son). They stated (never actually talking with the Grandmother) they just bought the home in need of repairs and we eventually signed a contract.

We started the job and towards the end of the 1st day we called the son and stated that we had used various types of wood in today’s work that would be billed as it states in the contract under fascia wood.

The person went onto a rage calling us liars.

We told him we will double check everything and get back to him that day.

We reviewed the receipt of material purchased and confirmed again what was used and called him back. Once again we were yelled at and called liars.

We told them that when they are ready to discuss it give us a call back, simultaneously emailing them a list of extra wood used.

At this point there was no request for more money from the customer, just giving them an update as to what was done so far.

As time went on it got very confusing as to who is who and who we are working for.

We are not even sure who we are communicating with by email.

We asked for one contact person and relayed that nothing in the contract has changed.

We stated that with all the confusion any additional work performed would need to be agreed to and paid for that day.

The next email basically stated that they are taking us to court and it is our choice to go to court now or after the job is completed.

We then attempted to answer there questions again by email but in that email response to us they disclose to us that they are NOT the owners of the house.

At this point we told them we are terminating the job for non discloser and will calculate the balance to be sent back to the homeowner who we think signed the contract and lives at the house.

We asked for the following

Name and owner of the house.

Name and address of [redacted]

Name and address the [redacted] signer of email below

I signed a contract with Segelman Shaw LLC, but Segelman Shaw LLC is behaving contrary to the contract.

1) Segelman Shaw LLC is refusing to complete the job, this is against out oral and written (the contract) agreement

2) Segelman Shaw LLC is charging me for materials that were not discussed or agreed to.

The agreement was that everything is included in the contract price, except (only) for the missing fascia boards (Segelman Shaw LLC explained to me many times what is the “fascia wood”). Segelman Shaw LLC explained to me that they cannot give a price to include the missing fascia boards before I sign the contract since they cannot measure what amount will be used because the shape of the roof will change.

It is easily seen from the Segelman Shaw LLC’s response to the Revdex.com, that it is inconsistent and contradicts their email tread with me (attached), and that Segelman Shaw LLC is still not willing to complete their side of the contract.

Segelman Shaw LLC responded “#1 We will complete the job with conditions.”

Yes, I still want Segelman Shaw LLC to complete the job as agreed.

But Segelman Shaw LLC responded “with conditions” by this Segelman Shaw LLC is hinting to “conditions” that were not agreed to not verbally nor in the contract.

By responding “with conditions” Segelman Shaw LLCis hinting that Segelman Shaw LLC is still not willing to complete the job as agreed to in the contract.

Segelman Shaw LLC responded “#2 we are only charging what was used as per the contract.”

As seen in the previously attached “roof emails.pdf”, that one of the questionable charges that Segelman Shaw LLC is charging me is for

And one of the explanations that I already requested of Segelman Shaw LLC was for this charge (also in the attached “roof emails.pdf”)

And I still did not receive an explanation.

By Segelman Shaw LLC consistent overlooking of my questions about the charges (partially for boards (when I showed photos of the roof to an expert, and in his opinion) that were not used at all), and with Segelman Shaw LLC's continued threat (using my questions as the reason for the threat (see previously attached “roof emails.pdf)) that Segelman Shaw LLC will not continue the job (after fraudulently stopping it after the first day (5/*/14)) unless I agree to some new made up conditions, it can me deduced that Segelman Shaw LLC is still planning to defraud me with these charges.

I still want to know how the damages that Segelman Shaw LLC caused me will be calculated.
