Review: Segscooter refuse to communicate with me and block my home and cell number. I'm trying to buy parts for my scooter & they refuse email Oder form.

Product: Segscooter EV 3500W purchased in April 3, 2012. Problem date: April 21, 2013. My credit card: [redacted] Visa Account Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Item was charge under the Name: [redacted] Corporation. I have faxed over a copy of credit card statement to show proof of my purchase as they requested. But after faxing & showing proof of purchase, Segscooter would not send me order form and now refuse to communication and block my telephone numbers. When I call them with a different number & identify myself, they would hang up. Segscooter refuse to give the me the size of bearing and hub of the tire. After all they're the manufacture of this product and I did purchase from The website.Desired Settlement: Communicate with me and give me a order form so that I can purchase my bearing and hub for my tire. Stop hiding and avoiding me. I don't why as I'm willing to pay for the parts.

Company states that the consumer did not order anything from their company. He states that he has told this consumer multiple times, that he did not order a scooter from them and that it was through a company posing as them. There is nothing they can do to assist this consumer without proof that he purchased from them.

The seller is telling a lie stating that I didn't purchase the scooter from them. I have provided a copy of my credit card statement by faxed showing proof of purchase to Seller and the Revdex.com. Still the seller denies the transaction. When Segscooter charge my credit card it was under a company name [redacted] Corporation". Now if you go to the website www.[redacted].com you will see this company also in Sacramento, CA like Segscooter Co. With the same fax number as Segscooter (XXX)XXX-XXXX. This would show these two companies are linked together. Why would the seller continue to deny the transaction and block me from calling them to resolve this problem. Segscooter rarely answer the phone and all transaction is done online or fax. Very poor customer Service
