I bought the Ninebot One Sfor $on Amazon in June and the battery was already dead upon first attempted charge/use just a couple months later (I didn't use it right away)I had no idea I'd potentially be getting a defective productIt is not obvious that a battery can just die without using the product
If you're going to sell a product for that price and the battery dies that easily, you should a) work on making better quality and b) provide better replacement service than just expecting the customer to dish out another $for a battery after $for a brickThat's ridiculousWhen I reached out to their customer service, I got this curt and unsympathetic reply:

The batteries are deadThe unit needed to be charged while not in use
